📝 About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead the marketing strategies, focusing on accelerating our and our client’s growth through both inbound and outbound marketing channels. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a knack for technology, aimed at enhancing our brand presence and driving client and user acquisition. This role includes operating multiple marketing channels especially focussing on SEO, content marketing, designing good social media marketing strategies and running ads. It is a part-time role and expects 3-4 dedicated hours of work.
👷 What will your responsibilities be?
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimises spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Lead SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
🚀 Who’s an ideal candidate for us?
- 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or related field
- Expertise in Google Search and Google Analytics
- Expertise in Data Visualisation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, GA4, Google Ads email marketing, and display advertising
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
